Abstract:
The variation of coke thermal strength values under the conditions of 1 050, 1 100, 1 150, 1 200, 1 250 and 1 300 ℃ was investigated by the self-developed coke thermal strength detection method. The results show that there is a significant difference between CSR25 value and CSR index under different temperature conditions, and there is no significant positive correlation between them. With different reaction temperature T, the dissolution loss reaction mode of coke is different, resulting in different shapes of CSR25-T curves of different coke. According to the location of the notches, they can be roughly divided into three types: type Ⅰ where the notches are in the low-temperature region, type Ⅱ where the notches are in the medium-temperature region, and type Ⅲ where the notches are in the high-temperature region.Temperature conditions on the hot strength of coke measured value has the important influence of national standard method of CSR only test 1 100 ℃ temperature of a point is not enough, should according to temperature changes, the intensity of coke thermal characterization of index of more simulation.
