Abstract：
The design method and manufacture of negative pressure sand box of air chamber separation lost foam was introduced.Through practical application,compared with the traditional 5 side air chamber and 1 side sand filling negative pressure sand box,the gas chamber separation negative pressure sand box can not only meet the requirements of large and medium-sized castings casting,but also has the advantages of low production cost,short cycle,convenient maintenance and high production efficiency.
