Abstract：
Affected by novel Coronavirus epidemic,military enterprises were now faced with a new situation and their production tasks were not full.Due to heavy load and speed increase,higher and stricter quality requirements had been put forward for railway products.In view of the new situation,enterprises took the initiative to deeply analyze the problems,compared with the first-class enterprises in the industry,and found the gaps existing in the basic management of enterprises.To explore and implement the new mode of innovative management,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all aspects within the branch,form a strong force to grasp the quality of implementation,and realize the quality of military and civil steel casting products to be steadily and continuously improved.In“keeping integrity and seeking innovation while seeking opportunities in the difficult situation”,the branch will be built into a demonstration casting production line for enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,a"cradle"for the production of large and medium-sized steel castings of a certain type of Chinese armor,and one of the important basic casting industries for the safety guarantee of northern border area.
