Abstract：Introduced the causes of 10 kinds of common gypsum mold casting defects.By establishing reasonable casting process parameters,the problem of casting defects in the production of castings was solved.The improved casting process effectively controls the casting defects,improves the casting yield,and has certain guiding significance for actual production.
