Abstract：According to the application,service life and safety requirements and structure of Hammer Body of Large-Scale Hydraulic Die-forging Machine,casting methoding was designed including optimized gating and risering system,hot riser,adding fillet,chills,using core chaplets,hot topping.By using CAE solidification simulation,the super large and heavy steel hammer body castings are successfully cast,the internal and external quality meets customer demand.
