Abstract：In view of the gray spot and shrinkage and porosity of the brake clamp casting in the process of trial-manufacture and application,the causes of the above problems and the shortcomings of the original technology were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the above problems can be solved by adjusting the casting process and optimizing the measures of anti-seepage sulfur,which lays a foundation for the mass production quality stability.
