Abstract：Every production link in the whole process line of the cylinder block die casting was traced digitally, from aluminum ingots, die casting production, clearing, heat treatment, processing, sealing and testing of the whole production chain information for data storage, transmission and recognition, enable each product information to have an integrated growth identity information record. The results show that it can avoid the confusion between products and the inflow of defective products, improve the production efficiency of itself and the client, reduce the rate of repeated labor, and consolidate the foundation of product quality.
