Abstract：With the aid of MAGMASOFT’s DOE function,different injection pouring schemes and various process parameters were compared and optimized at the early stage of ETC throttle aluminum shell casting,so as to select the optimal scheme.The successful production of the first trial die cast ETC aluminum throttle housing casting was guaranteed,the success of the mold test is guaranteed,and the mass production is realized smoothly.
