Abstract：
Based on the common analysis of the structure and material characteristics of different series of diesel engine cylinder blocks,combined with the principle of integral casting process design and the technical difficulties of collinear production,the common design and individual optimization design of three kinds of typical cylinder blocks in three series were carried out,and finally the collinear large-scale production of eight kinds of cylinder blocks in three series was completed.
