Abstract：In the process of clay sand casting,the defects of surface burning-on sand and shrinkage porosity(hole)are very common.In this paper,the combination of the new environmental-friendly molding materials and the equilibrium solidification limited feeding technology has obtained good casting technology and quality effect,and achieved the batch stable production.
