Abstract：To solve the structural problems such as overall excess and high-ranking shortage of the talents supply in the equipment manufacturing industry of our country,a new integrated talent training mode of“research,study and application” was created by the department of material forming and control specialized group in our institute according to the integration of production and education and the cooperation of production and education,causing the cultivation of the high-quality skill talents.It services the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the west and helps to bear the responsibility of the regional economic development.
