Application Effect of Sintered Ceramsite Sand in Resin-bonded Sand

Abstract：Sintered ceramsite sand is obtained by granulation, drying, sieving and sintering of refractory powder, binder, flux and other powder materials. The utility model has the advantages of high refractory degree, high spherical degree and the like. At present, it is mainly used in resin coated sand technology, but less in other resin coated sand technology. In this paper, it is found that there are holes in the surface of sintered ceramsite sand in the triethylamine cold box process, sintered ceramsite sand has the advantages of high strength and low expansion rate when used in coated sand.
