Abstract:
Carbon fiber aluminium matrix composites have excellent characteristics such as good tensile performance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, and are widely used in aircraft, military supplies, automobiles and many other fields. In view of the current difficulties in the preparation and formation of carbon fiber aluminium matrix composites and the poor interface bonding performance, the preparation processes of various carbon fiber aluminium matrix composites at home and abroad in recent years are discussed. The characteristics of various preparation processes are analysed, and the impact of matrix alloying on the interfacial reaction and wetting is summarized. At the same time, the future development of carbon fiber aluminum matrix composites is prospected.
