Research Status of Preparation and Properties of Cu-Fe Alloy

Abstract:
Cu-Fe alloys are widely used in high-strength and high-conductivity alloys due to their excellent electrical conductivity, high hardness and strength. In this paper, the preparation methods of Cu-Fe alloys are reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods of Cu-based alloys are analysed and compared, and the influence of strengthening methods on the relevant properties of the alloys prepared by different methods are summarized. Several ways to affect the electrical and mechanical properties of the alloys at the micro level are also pointed out, and finally it is proposed that the rapid solidification of Cu-Fe alloys will be the main development direction in the future, and has good development prospects.
