Effect of Surface Roughness on Characteristics and Corrosion Resistance of Hot Dip Galvanized Coating

Abstract:
In order to promote the surface quality of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet,galvanized steel to continuous hot-dip galvanizing trial production,by field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM),microscope and salt fog test,the related experiment analysis test of galvanized sheet production.The influence of surface roughness on the size uniformity,coating thickness and phase composition of hot-dip zinc-plated sheet containing Sb and Pb were studied.The results show that the larger the surface roughness of the substrate,the smaller the size of the spangle and the smaller the coating thickness,the greater the content of Fe inδphase layer and the better the corrosion resistance.
