Abstract：
Four kinds of 3102 aluminum alloy with different components were prepared by continuous casting and rolling process.The effects of annealing at different temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of 3102 aluminum alloy were studied by means of metallographic analysis and comparison of mechanical properties.The results show that the mechanical properties of the alloy are improved with the increase of manganese content.With the decrease of annealing temperature,the grain size is smaller,the tensile strength is higher and the elongation is better.
