Abstract：
In the production process of the military foundry enterprise,in the production process of foundry enterprises,the closed-loop quality problems often occur.In order to thoroughly solve the above problems from the basic quality management,combine the company’s corporate values,optimize the production line flow,fine process quality management,with the help of digital,information platform,through the'Horizontal coordination,Vertical linkage'coordination mechanism,the'Red,Yellow,Green'innovative quality management mode was formulated.And the three colors complement each other,eliminate completely the casting quality problems recurring phenomenon,solid improvement of the enterprise internal basic management level,with'honest and trustworthy'boost the high-quality development of military enterprise.
