Abstract：
In order to reduce the cost of testing and improve the qualified rate of casting products.The 3 D scanning method was used to detect the complex casting,and the coordinate points of the casting were extracted and detected.The results show that 3 D scanning not only improves the detection accuracy of complex casting,through the transfer of reference point,the machining efficiency and accuracy of casting products have been greatly improved.The reliability of coordinate reference matching of 3 D scanning technology in casting processing is verified.
