Abstract:
By means of phase diagram calculation and transmission electron microscope analysis,the precipitate types,precipitate regularity and morphology of 0.1C-18Cr-1Al-1Si cast alloy of ferrite heat-resistant stainless steel were studied.The results show that the equilibrium phase of 0.1C-18Cr-1Al-1Si alloy is composed of ferrite phase,α-Cr phase,Al N phase,M7C3 phase and M23C6 phase.With the decrease of temperature,the content of C in M23C6 phase first increase and then decrease,the content of Fe gradually decreases,and the content of Cr gradually increase.The crystal structure of M7C3 is orthogonal.Al N is a hexagonal structure with dense row,and the dense row plane is (0001),and the spacing of the planes d is 0.476 nm.
