Abstract：
In view of the casting defects of the balanced elbow bracket in the fixed thread hole during the whole mechanical processing of crawler vehicle body,ProCAST simulation technology was used to simulate and optimize the casting process.The distribution of casting defects is predicted,the rate of defective casting is reduced and the economic benefit is improved.
