Abstract：
The reaction mechanism of polyurethane spraying coating on the surface of nodular iron pipe was analyzed.The equipment and performance indexes needed for the spraying of inner and outer walls of ductile iron casting pipes were introduced,which can meet the requirements of industrial or domestic sewage transmission and distribution pipelines.
