Abstract：Due to the customer's requirement to improve the plate cover product casting process,the numerical simulation software was used to simulate the initial process plan,and then the defects were analyzed according to the simulation results,and the corresponding shrinkage measures were proposed.Finally,a feasible process plan is obtained to guide the actual production,so as to improve the efficiency.
