Abstract：Al-Si-Mg casting alloy was widely used in the automotive industry.With ZL101 as the matrix,various alloy elements such as Cu,Si,Mg,Mn and so on were added to form a new type of Al-Si-Mg alloy.Friction and wear tests were carried out on the improved alloy materials and matrix materials under the condition of changing load and lubricating state.The wear resistance of the two materials was studied,the grinding part was quenched 45 steel.The results show that the wear resistance and anti-friction property of the new series of Al-Si-Mg cast alloy are better than that of ZL101 alloy under the condition of dry friction and oil lubrication friction.
