Abstract:The small billet temperature of copper pipe mould was discussed in detail the measurement method of test and process, through in different locations on the side of the copper pipe inside the arc, outer arc and embedding of 32 thermocouple in the process of casting 150 mm ×150 mm copper tube temperature on-line inspection, records the copper pipe under different working condition and the changes of temperature in pouring time analysis of various process parameters on the distribution of the temperature of copper pipe mould. The results show that the temperature field of mould copper tube is not stable, and the temperature at each point fluctuates aperiodic and irregular. The faster the pulling speed, the greater the temperature unevenness tendency of the copper tube. The temperature of plum-shaped copper tube is higher than that of ordinary copper tube, which proves that its heat exchange efficiency is higher and it is more suitable for the production of high drawing and casting speed.
