Abstract：The experimental production of high silicon solid strengthened ductile iron was carried out.The results show that under other conditions,when the silicon content is less than 3.82%,the strength of the material can only reach the index of grade QT500-14.When the silicon content reaches 4.28%,the strength of the material reaches the index of grade QT600-10,and the trial production of the casting is completed,and the performance meets the requirements of grade QT600-10.
