Abstract:The effects of Ti and Zr alloying on microstructure and mechanical properties of industrial pure aluminum were studied by adding trace Ti and Zr elements to industrial pure aluminum.The results show that the combined action of Ti and Zr elements has good grain refinement effect,and the mechanical properties are improved.When 0.5%Ti+0.3%Zr is added,the microstructure refinement effect is the best,the tensile strength reaches 78.87MPa,and the elongation reaches 52.2%.
