Collocation roll of rolling mill for bar rod, wire rod and plate are always poured by

routine method and produced by medium or low indefinite chilled NiCrMo ductile iron. Due

to its high production cost and low strength, the ratio of performance to price is quite low

and broken roller phenomenon always occurs. However, when the centrifugal roller in the

medium rolling mill can be widely used, the production cost of roller will be decreased and

the broken roller can be avoided because of the improved strength value.
