Abstract：Experts of National Foundry Association, Zhejiang Foundry Association and Ningbo Foundry Association visited 26 foundry enterprises in Zhejiang province, It has seen found that Zhejiang foundry industry is developing fairly fast. And foundry enterprises investigated has the common characteristics of attention to science and technology innovation, management investment, training, energy saving and environment protection. The government and Foundry associations need to work together to support the large key enterprises and small and mediumsized enterprises with the characteristics of “speciality, precision, novel”. Establishing distinctive industrial cluster is the necessary way for Zhejiang foundry industry to has a continuance and healthy development.
