Green Synthesis Appraisal and Option of Metal Method

Abstract：The basic and supporting components in the engine bed product are nearly cast iron, and to carry on aging treatment to this cast iron is the key to guarantee the precision and service life of the engine bed products. in view of each kind of aging treatment method ,embarks from the green manufacture angle, this article carry on the green synthesis appraisal to the various aging treatment methods including five factors that is environment, resources, time, quality and cost used the fuzzy synthesis level appraisal method (FuzzyAHP). Green synthesis value of three aging treatments is obtained which respectively is: Vibration effectiveness 66.8, hot aging 56.8 minute, natural aging 53. The appraisal result proved that, in the all kinds of aging treatment method about casts iron on engine bed, the vibration is the only green one.
