中文摘要:本文简要介绍了具有狭小型腔的ZTC4钛合金支板铸件制备工艺及研制过程。采用陶瓷型芯与熔模精密铸造相结合的方法制备高品质ZTC4钛合金支板铸件。测试了不同材质陶瓷型芯对铸件型腔表面脆性α层厚度的影响。测试发现,氧化锆陶瓷型芯强度高、惰性好,所制备的铸件表面产生的脆性α层相对较薄,可作为成型钛合金铸件狭小型腔部位的主要材质。重点开展了陶瓷型芯去除工艺研究,分别采用机械法、碱洗法、水力清洗法等不同陶瓷型芯去除工艺的应用研究。结果发现,机械法及碱洗法不能有效去除支板铸件狭小型腔中的氧化锆陶瓷型芯,水力清洗法能够有效去除狭小型腔内的陶瓷型芯,综合效果较为理想。
英文摘要:This article briefly introduces the preparation process and development process of the ZTC4 titanium alloy support plate casting with a narrow cavity. High-quality ZTC4 titanium alloy support plate castings are prepared by combining the ceramic core and investment casting. The effect of ceramic cores of different materials on the thickness of the brittle α layer on the surface of the casting cavity was tested. The test found that the zirconia ceramic core has high strength and good inertness. The brittle α layer produced on the surface of the prepared casting is relatively thin, which can be used as the main material for forming the narrow cavity of the titanium alloy casting. The research on the removal process of ceramic core was mainly carried out, and the application research of different ceramic core removal processes such as mechanical method, alkaline cleaning method and hydraulic cleaning method were adopted. It was found that the mechanical method and the alkaline cleaning method could not effectively remove the zirconia ceramic core in the small cavity of the support plate casting. The hydraulic cleaning method could effectively remove the ceramic core in the small cavity, and the comprehensive effect was ideal.
