- 研究了不同含量Nb、V元素对23CrNi3MoA 钢组织和力学性能的影响。 结果表明,Nb、V 元素对 23CrNi3MoA 钢均起到超细化的作用。 微合金Nb、V含量偏高时,均存在碳化物偏聚现象,Nb的偏聚效果强于V;加入 0.059%V 时,碳化物均匀弥散分布,钢的强度和塑、韧性较好。The effects of different content of Nb and V on microstructure and mechanical properties of 23CrNi3MoA Steel were studied. The results show that Nb and V elements played an ultra-refined role in 23CrNi3MoA steel. When the content of Nb and V in microalloy is too high, there exists carbide segregation phenomenon, Nb segregation effect is better than V. When 0.059%V is added, the carbide is evenly dispersed and the steel has good strength, plasticity and toughness.
