- 在金属型铸造中,开模后的吹气冷却时间往往需要大量试制来确定。 为降低生产成本,本文采用数值模拟法来代替传统试错法。 针对金属型低压铸造的铝合金轮毂铸件,利用模拟软件 ProCAST 中的循环浇注功能,对其循环铸造过程进行数值模拟。 通过设置不同吹气冷却时间,分析其达到平衡时间及周期、铸件和模具平衡温度场,来选择合理的冷却工艺方案。综合考虑生产效益、模具寿命及铸件质量,当开模冷却吹气时间为 50 s 时为最佳方案。结果表明,利用该方法确定模具冷却工艺,可以为铸件的实际生产提供科学的理论指导。In metal mold casting, the blowing cooling time after mold opening often needs much production to be determined. To reduce production cost, numerical simulation is proposed to replace the traditional trial-and-error method. The cycle casting process of aluminum alloy wheel castings with low pressure casting was simulated by using the cycle casting function of the commercial simulation software ProCAST. By setting different blowing cooling time, analysing the equilibrium time and period, and the equilibrium temperature field of castings and molds, a reasonable cooling process scheme can be selected. Considering the production benefit, die life and casting quality comprehensively, it is the best scheme when the mold cooling and blowing time is 50 s. The results show that using this method to determine the mold cooling process can provide scientific theoretical guidance for the actual production of casting.
