- 针对GH901高温合金盘件复杂区域微小缺陷的相控阵超声检测技术,分析了检测信号,采用一种随分解尺度变化的阈值设置准则对检测信号进行小波降噪处理以提高信噪比。结果表明,该方法可在较好保留盘件微小缺陷信号的同时滤除噪声信号,有效的提高了相控阵超声检测信号信噪比,对于提高GH901高温合金盘件复杂区域微小缺陷的相控阵超声检测能力具有重要作用。Phase array ultrasonic detection technology for micro defects in complex areas of GH901 superalloy disk parts was used to analyze the detection signal. In order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), the wavelet denoising method was applied to the detection signal. The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio of phased array ultrasonic detection signals while retaining the small defect signals of disk parts. It plays an important role in improving the capability of phased array ultrasonic detection of micro defects in complex areas of GH901 superalloy disk parts.
