- 在井式坩埚电阻炉中对Al及Al-30Si熔化,采用高低温混合铸造工艺和传统铸造工艺制备Al-20Si温度梯度试样,并进行组织演变分析。结果表明,高低温混合铸造工艺所制试样的初生硅形貌优于传统铸造工艺;吸铸温度梯度的降低使初生硅晶粒尺寸减小,有利于细化晶粒;圆整度随着温度的降低而呈现出减小的趋势。Al and al-30si were melted in a well-crucible resistance furnace. Al-20Si temperature gradient samples were prepared by high and low temperature mixed casting process and traditional casting process. The results show that the morphology of primary silicon is better than that of traditional casting process. The grain size of primary silicon decreases with the decrease of temperature gradient, which is beneficial to grain refinement. The roundness decreases with the decrease of temperature.
