- 设计并采用连铸连轧工艺制备了4种不同组分的3102铝合金材料,利用金相分析法和力学性能的测试对比,研究了3102铝合金材料经过不同温度的退火对铝合金材料显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着锰含量的提升,力学性能得到提升;材料的退火温度越低,晶粒尺寸越细小,抗拉强度越高,伸长率越好。Four kinds of 3102 aluminum alloy with different components were prepared by continuous casting and rolling process.The effects of annealing at different temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of 3102 aluminum alloy were studied by means of metallographic analysis and comparison of mechanical properties.The results show that the mechanical properties of the alloy are improved with the increase of manganese content.With the decrease of annealing temperature,the grain size is smaller,the tensile strength is higher and the elongation is better.
