- 对铁路缓冲器箱体铸件的技术要求、工艺设计方案、质量控制和生产过程的管理等进行了探讨,并结合邦尼树脂温硬化组芯工艺的成功应用,为替代水玻璃熔模工艺中的中大精密铸钢件的生产找到了新的方向。The technical requirements,process design,quality control and production process management of railway buffer box castings were discussed in detail.Combined with the successful application of the warm hardening core technology of Bonny resin,a new direction has been found for replacing the production of medium and large precision steel castings in the molten glass process.
