- 介绍了铝合金W型定位支座金属型模具的设计思路,从分型面设计、浇注系统设计、倒钩部位成型设计、推出机构设计等方面阐述了模具的设计过程理念,提出了一种新的活块应用方式,为金属型模具成型倒钩结构和脱模提供了快速简单的方式。结果表明,将活块和铸件整体推出简化了操作过程,既保证了铸件成形,又大幅度提高了生产效率,该模具的设计理念为存在倒钩结构铸件的模具设计提供了借鉴。The design idea of w-type aluminum alloy positioning support metal mold was introduced.The design process concept of the mold was expounded from the design of parting surface,design of pouring system,design of barb forming and design of launching mechanism,etc.A new application method of live blocks was proposed,which provided a fast and simple way for metal mould to form barb structure and demoulding.The results show that the operation process is simplified when the movable blocks and castings are pushed out as a whole,which not only guarantees the casting forming,but also greatly improves the production efficiency.The design concept of the mould provides a reference for the design of the hook structure castings.
