- 采用扫描电镜、透射电镜和金相显微镜研究了580℃长期时效对ZG1Cr11Ni2WMoV马氏体耐热钢显微组织的影响。研究结果表明:在1 050℃×1 h空冷淬火+580℃×2 h空冷回火后,存在纳米尺寸的M6C型碳化物弥散分布在回火马氏体板条上;580℃长期时效处理1 000 h,原奥氏体晶界和马氏体板条界上析出M23C6型碳化物,δ-铁素体中析出M23C6型碳化物和Laves相。The effects of long-time aging at 580℃on the microstructure of ZG1 Cr11 Ni2 WMoV martensitic heat resistant casting-steel were studied by SEM equipped with energy dispersive spectrum analysis,TEM and optical microscope.The results show that after 1 050℃for 1 h air cooling quenching and 580℃for 2 h air cooling and tempering,the nano-sized M6 C carbides are dispersedly distributed on the tempered martensite laths.During long-term aging treatment at 580℃for1 000 hrs,the M23 C6 carbides was precipitated from the grain boundary of austenite and martensite,while the M23 C6 carbides and laves phases are precipitated fromδ-ferrite.
