淬火后回火温度对20SiMn2Mo钢组织和性能的影响

- 研究了20SiMn2Mo钢920℃水淬后不同回火温度对实验材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随回火温度的提高,实验材料的强度和硬度呈下降的趋势。200℃回火冲击韧度值最高,为最佳回火温度,获得的力学性能为Rm,550 MPa、A14%、Z58%、AKV73 J,其组织为回火马氏体和残余奥氏体组织。400℃和550℃回火冲击韧度值较低,出现回火脆性,断口特征为沿晶脆性断裂。The influence of tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of 20 SiMn2 Mo steel after quenching at920℃was studied.The results show that the strength and hardness of the experimental materials decrease with the increase of tempering temperature.The impact toughness at 200℃is the highest,which is the best tempering temperature.The mechanical properties of Rm,A,Z and AKVare 1,550 MPa,14%,58%and 73 J,respectively,the microstructure of which is tempered martensite and retained austenite.The impact toughness of tempering at 400℃and 550℃is lower.Temper brittleness appeared and the fracture is characterized by intergranular brittle fracture.
