- 随着乘用车安全、节能和轻量化的需求日益增长。改用轻合金薄壁大型铸件,一方面可以取得显著的减重效果;另一方面可发挥铝合金良好的成型性能,将多个零件的复杂结构变为只使用一个零件,但必须研发和制造出高压高真空的压铸模具。结果表明,这不仅减少成型和连接环节,还可以缩短生产周期,达到成型尺寸近净化,减少机加工序,节约成本,满足节能环保要求。With the increasing demand for safety,energy saving and lightweight of passenger cars,the requirement of replacing with light alloy thin-walled large castings was increasingly strong.On the one hand,significant weight reduction effect can be achieved by using light alloy thin-walled large castings.On the other hand,it can give full play to the good forming performance of aluminum alloy and change the complex structure of multiple parts into using only one part.The results show that this can not only reduce the forming and connecting links,but also shorten the production cycle,achieve the forming size near purification,reduce machining sequence,save cost,meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.
