- 分析了灰铸铁刹车盘小端根部挖槽缩松缺陷位置、外观特征,对该缺陷进行X射线探伤和扫描电镜表征。结合缺陷产生的原因分析,生产现状、工作经验对比,通过改变内浇道引入方式,有效地消除了刹车盘小端根部挖槽的缩松缺陷。The location and appearance characteristics of the grooving shrinkage defect at the root of small end of gray cast iron brake disc were analyzed.The defect was characterized by XRD and SEM.Combined with the cause analysis of defects,production status and work experience comparison,by changing the way of introducing the inner gate,the brake disc small end root groove shrinkage defects are effectively eliminated.
