机头铸件气孔缺陷分析及对策

- 机床箱体铸件材质HT300,一箱两件,单件毛重104 kg,浇冒口重27 kg,总重235 kg。该铸件在生产时在主轴孔内壁、法兰孔内壁和机头上端面产生气孔。通过工艺分析,运用铸造仿真成功解决了铸件缺陷,提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本。Machine tool pillar casting materials is HT300,a mould of two casting,a single casting gross weight,pouring and riser weight,the total weight are 104 kg,27 kg and 235 kg,respectively.The casting produces air holes in the inner wall of the main shaft hole,the inner wall of the flange hole and the upper end face of the machine head.Through process analysis,casting defects are successfully solved,improve product quality and reduce production cost.
