- 研究了在原本一模一铸件的前提下,在不改变造型设备的基础上,采用隔板芯一模两件,设计了满足要求的铸造工艺。结果表明,通过模拟分析和实践验证,生产的铸件符合指定标准要求。On the premise of original one mold one casting and without changing the molding equipment, one mold and two pieces of separator core were adopted. The casting process that meets the requirements was designed. The results show that the castings meet the specified requirements through simulation analysis and practice verification.
