钢/铁双金属复合锤头的界面组织及性能研究

- 利用液-液复合铸造技术制备低合金钢/高铬铸铁双金属复合锤头。采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、背散射衍射系统(EBSD)和显微硬度分析仪研究钢/铁双金属复合锤头的界面组织与性能。结果表明,液-液复合铸造实现合金钢与高铬铸铁良好的冶金结合,界面处存在厚度约为30μm的过渡层,界面处的显微硬度约为333 HV。In this study, low carbon steel/high chromium cast iron bimetal hammer was successfully fabricated by liquid-liquid compound casting. The microstructure and properties of steel/iron bimetal hammer interface were analyzed by optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS), electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD) and microhardness tester. The results reveal that there is a good metallurgical bonding between low carbon steel and high chromium cast iron by liquid-liquid compound casting, the thickness and microhardness of diffusion layer are about 30 μm and 333 HV, respectively.
