- 镧、钇混合掺杂的铜铬锆合金Cu-0.684Cr-0.077Zr-0.012La-0.020Y经过不同温度固溶处理后,通过金相显微组织和能谱分析,确定合金的固溶温度为920℃。920℃固溶处理后的合金,经淬火水冷并经520℃×2 h时效处理后可以获得较好的综合性能,抗拉强度为407 MPa,电导率为79%IACS。Lanthanum and yttrium mixed doped Cu-0.684Cr-0.077Zr-0.012La-0.020Y alloy, after dealing with the different temperature solid solution, through metallographic microstructure and energy spectrum analysis, determine the alloy solid solution temperature is 920 ℃. 920 ℃ after solid solution treatment of the alloy after quenching water-cooling and by 520 ℃ for 2 h after aging treatment can obtain a better comprehensive performance, tensile strength is 407 MPa,conductivity is 79% IACS.
