- 采用自主研发的焦炭热强度检测方法,考察了1 050、1 100、1 150、1 200、1 250和1 300℃条件下的焦炭热强度变化。结果表明,不同温度条件下测得的等溶损反应后强度CSR25值与CSR指标存在显著差异,且两者之间没有明显的正相关性。反应温度T不同,焦炭的溶损反应模式不一样,导致不同焦炭的CSR25-T曲线的形状有差异。根据凹口位置,可以大致分为三类:凹口处于低温区域的Ⅰ型,凹口处于中温区域的Ⅱ型和凹口处于高温区域的Ⅲ型。温度条件对焦炭测得的热强度值具有重要影响,国标CSR方法只检测1 100℃一个温度点是不够的,应根据温度条件变化,提出更具模拟性的焦炭热强度表征指标。The variation of coke thermal strength values under the conditions of 1 050, 1 100, 1 150, 1 200, 1 250 and 1 300 ℃ was investigated by the self-developed coke thermal strength detection method. The results show that there is a significant difference between CSR25 value and CSR index under different temperature conditions, and there is no significant positive correlation between them. With different reaction temperature T, the dissolution loss reaction mode of coke is different, resulting in different shapes of CSR25-T curves of different coke. According to the location of the notches,they can be roughly divided into three types: type Ⅰ where the notches are in the low-temperature region, type Ⅱ where the notches are in the medium-temperature region, and type Ⅲ where the notches are in the high-temperature region.Temperature conditions on the hot strength of coke measured value has the important influence of national standard method of CSR only test 1 100 ℃ temperature of a point is not enough, should according to temperature changes, the intensity of coke thermal characterization of index of more simulation.
