- 介绍气室分离消失模负压砂箱设计方法和制作,通过实践应用,与传统5面气室抽气1面填砂负压砂箱相比较,气室分离负压砂箱不仅能满足大中铸件浇注要求,而且前期制作成本低、周期短,后期维护方便、生产效率高。The design method and manufacture of negative pressure sand box of air chamber separation lost foam was introduced.Through practical application,compared with the traditional 5 side air chamber and 1 side sand filling negative pressure sand box,the gas chamber separation negative pressure sand box can not only meet the requirements of large and medium-sized castings casting,but also has the advantages of low production cost,short cycle,convenient maintenance and high production efficiency.
