- 针对履带车体整体机械加工时,组焊件平衡肘支架在固定位置螺纹孔内出现铸造缺陷的问题,采用ProCAST模拟仿真技术对铸造工艺进行了模拟与优化,预测了该产品铸造缺陷的分布,降低了铸件的不良品率,提高了经济效益。In view of the casting defects of the balanced elbow bracket in the fixed thread hole during the whole mechanical processing of crawler vehicle body,ProCAST simulation technology was used to simulate and optimize the casting process.The distribution of casting defects is predicted,the rate of defective casting is reduced and the economic benefit is improved.
