- 如何依据排气歧管的工作温度选择材料是发动机设计人员比较关注的问题,在生产条件下,应测定球铁、硅钼蠕铁、硅钼球铁、高镍球铁、耐热钢在不同温度下的力学性能曲线。提出根据不同温度下的力学性能选择材料,但还要考虑排气歧管不仅是结构件,还是承载件,所以根据承载情况及运行状态下的工况情况,增强结构或选择高温性能更好的材料。How to choose the materials according to the working temperature of the exhaust manifold was a concern of the engine designers.The mechanical properties of ductile iron,silicon-molybdenum vermicular iron,silicon-molybdenum ductile iron,high-nickel ductile iron and heat-resistant steel at different temperatures should be measured under production conditions.Materials selection according to the mechanical properties at different temperatures was proposed.But also consider the exhaust manifold was not only the structure,or the bearing parts.Therefore,according to the loading conditions and operating conditions,the structure can be strengthened or materials with better high temperature performance can be selected.
