无模化数控加工技术在大型铸钢件生产中的应用

- 对于小批量或单件的大型铸钢件通常的流程是开模、造型芯,然后再进行后续的工作,因需要制作模具而使得周期长成本高。通过使用无模化数控加工技术来制备铸造型、芯,不仅能够保证尺寸精度,还不需要制作模具,显著缩短了生产周期,省去了模具材料的消耗,减少了铸造的废弃物,降低了制造成本。生产证明,无模化数控加工技术完全可以满足大型铸件的铸造生产对铸型、芯的需要。For small batch or single piece of large steel castings,the usual process is preparation mold,core,and then the follow-up work,due to the need to make molds,making the cycle long and high cost.Through the use of mould-free CNC machining technology to prepare casting mold,core,not only to ensure the size of precision,but also do not need to make mold,significantly shorten the production cycle,save the consumption of mold materials,reduce the casting waste,reduce the manufacturing cost.The production has proved that the mould-free NC machining technology can completely meet the requirements of mold and core for large castings.
